Avocado Pouched Eggs Toast

1 Dark Toast

1/2 Avocado

2 Eggs

1 tsp Feta Crumbs

Salt

Pepper

  1. Toast a slice of dark bread.

  2. Place avocado slices on the toast.

  3. For the pouched eggs take a small pan fill it with water just enough to submerge the eggs and bring it to a boil.

  4. Once the water starts boiling start cracking eggs directly into the pan.

  5. Cook the eggs until desired doneness.

  6. Place the eggs on top of avocado slices and sprinkle with feta crumbs .

  7. Season with salt and pepper.
