Russian Apple Pie
1-2 granny Smith Apples
3 Eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
Begin by adding all of the eggs into a mixing bowl.
Set on a low abd gradually increase the speed.
Meanwhile peel and remove the core from the apple.
Chop it and place into lined 8inch springform pan.
Once the eggs began to foam up begin adding the sugar in small portions.
Last step is to add sifted flour in few portions.
Bake on 375* for at least 25minutes , check with toothpick.
Release it from the springform and slowly remove the parchment paper.
Let it completely cool.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional)
