Creamy Chicken With Mushrooms
2 lbs Chicken Breast (sliced into small strips)
1 lb White Mushrooms (sliced)
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Medium Onion (Chopped)
3 Cloves Garlic (pressed)
2 Cups Heavy Cream
2 tbs Olive Oil
salt
pepper
parsley flakes
On a high heat preheat the skillet and add olive oil.
Saute chopped onions until soft and translucent.
Add mushrooms and pressed garlic, cook until soft.
Remove mushroom and onion mixture.
Into the pan add butter and chicken .
Cook for about 5-7 minutes .
Season with salt, pepper and parsley flakes.
Add mushroom and onion mixture to chicken and mix them together .
Pour in heavy cream and boil for few minutes.
Turn the heat to a medium low and continue cooking for about 25-30 minutes with closed lid.
Serve over mashed potatoes or steamed rice .
