Overnight Oats
1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup milk ( you can use almond milk, cows milk or soy)
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp honey
1 cup strawberries
1/4 cup almond slices
drizzle maple suryp (optional)
In a mason jar first first go in the oats.
Add chia seeds, milk yogurt, honey .
Close the lid and leave it in the fridge over night.
In the morning give the mixture a stir .
Top it of with berries, nuts and a drizzle of maple suryp.
