Welcome to my blog. My name is Natalie I’m originally from Belarus and currently live in CA USA. I’m a stay at home mom of 3 handsome boys. Here I’m going to be sharing my passion for cooking and lots of great recipes.

3 Eggs

1/2 cup water

6 tbsp unsalted butter

1/2 cup milk

1 tbsp cinnamon powder

1 tsp salt

1 1/2 cup sugar

1 tbsp sugar

1 cup flour

vegetable oil

  1. On a flat plate combine 1 1/2 cup of sugar with cinnamon powder and set it aside.

  2. Fit piping bag with a star tip and also set it aside.

  3. In a medium sauce pan on a medium high heat bring milk, butter, salt, 1tbsp sugar and water to a boil.

  4. Remove it from the heat and quickly fold in the flour until well combined.

  5. Place the dough into a mixing bowl and let it cool down for about 5 minutes.

  6. You can use a hand mixer or a stand mixer , begin to add one egg at a time .

  7. Make sure one is completely incorporated before adding another.

  8. Place all of the dough into a piping bag.

  9. Pour in the oil into a small sauce pan and bring it to a 350* temperature.

  10. Pipe out the dough directly into the oil and snap it off with kitchen scissors.

  11. Fry for about couple minutes on each side.

  12. Soon as you take each churro out place it on a plate with sugar and cinnamon mixture , toss it around and let it cool on the cooling rack.
