Frosted Cranberries
12oz cranberries
2 cups water
2 cups sugar
Sugar for coating
In a sauce pan combine water and sugar .
Bring it to a boil and keep boiling for 5 minutes.
Let the suryp cool for about 10 minutes.
Transfer all of the cranberries into a pot and give them a good mix . Make sure all of the cranberries are coated in the syrup.
Place the cranberries onto a wired rack and let them dry for about 15minutes
Coat the berries in sugar .
