Truffles
100 ml heavy cream
150g dark chocolate (chopped)
50g Butter (softened)
50ml Baileys
Coco powder for coating
In a small pot combine Heavy Cream and Baileys.
On a medium heat bring it to a boil.
Remove it from the stove and mix in the chocolate.
Add softened butter.
Cover with plastic wrap and set it in the fridge for few hrs . The mixture should set.
Roll into small balls and coat in coco powder.
Keep refrigerated.
Don’t worry you won’t taste any alcohol in the truffles.
