Smashed Potatoes
2 Lbs Baby Potatoes
4 Large Garlic Cloves
7 Tbsp Butte
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp Dry Parsley
1 Stem Rosemary
Into a pot a add potatoes water and 1 tsp of salt.
Boil until fork tender.
Transfer potatoes onto a baking sheet.
Using potato smasher smash each potato.
Melt butter and add pressed garlic, parsley and rosemary, mix well.
Add about a tsp of butter mixture onto each potato.
Roast on 350* until golden and crispy.
