Butter-Basted Porterhouse Pork Chops
2 Lbs Porterhouse Pork Chops
1 stick Butter
4 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
Salt & Pepper
1 tsp Paprika
2 stems Rosemary Stems
5 stems Thyme
Season pork chops with salt, pepper and paprika from each side and lightly pat on it to help the seasoning to stick.
Warm up the skillet to hot.
Throw in butter.
Add pork chops and all of the herbs.
Crush garlic with a back of the knife and add it into the skillet.
Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side depending on the thickness of the cut.
Periodically baste the chops with butter that will help them to stay moist.
Internal temperature should be at 145*
