Smoked Pork Ribs
1 Rack Pork Ribs
1-2 tbsp Yellow Mustard
2 tbsp Pork Barrel BBQ Seasoning
Pecan Pellets
Wash and pat dry the ribs.
Remove the sliver skin.
Thinly brush mustard on and generously season with Pork Barrel BBQ seasoning , let it sit for few minutes to let the seasoning stick to the meat.
Flip the rack over and repeat the process.
Let it marinate while you get your smoker going.
Preheat the smoker to 350*.
Lower the temperature to 225*
Place a small heat resistant jar of water inside of the smoker.
Place ribs on a top rack of the smoker.
Smoke for about 4hrs.
Periodically spray the ribs with water or equal parts water and apple cider vinegar.
After the ribs are done loosely cover with foil for 30 minutes to rest.
Cut and enjoy.
