Roasted Napa Cabbage
1 Napa Cabbage
2 Tbsp Vegetable oil
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/8 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese.
Remove top leaves.
Trim at the end all of the loose thin leaves. ( you can use those for a salad)
With a sharp knife split the cabbage into 4 even steaks.
Transfer onto a lined baking sheet.
For the sauce add all of the ingredients except Parmesan into a bowl and mix together.
With a silicone brush generously brush on the sauce onto each steak.
Roast for 20-25min on 400*
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese 5 minutes before taking out of the oven.
