Tiramisu
5 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
9 oz mascarpone
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
espresso
30-40 lady fingers
Coco powder
Beat eggs with sugar until light and fluffy consistency.
In a different bowl combine heavy cream and mascarpone.
On a medium speed beat until well combined and creamy. Be careful not to over beat .
Carefully fold in heavy cream mixture into eggs.
To assemble take a deep dish , dip each lady finger into espresso from both sides .
Lay the first layer of lady fingers and then cover with cream , repeat the process with other layers.
For best results leave it in the fridge over night.
Through a small sieve generously coat it with coco powder right before serving .
