Chebureki
2 lbs ground chicken
1pk uncooked tortillas ( I buy mine at Costco but I also seen them at Wal Mart)
1/2 onion
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
water
I took chicken thighs and ground it myself along with onion.
Add salt and pepper and mix well.
Take each tortilla generously brush on some water but not to the point where its soaked through.
Spread a thin layer of ground chicken onto one side of tortilla leaving some space along the edge .
Fold tortilla in half and with a fork firmly press along the edge on both sides.
Pierce both sides of tortilla with a fork to let the air escape during frying.
On a medium low heat fry Cheburek few minutes on each side.
