Cheesy Chicken and Spinach Crepes
2 eggs
2 tbsp melted butter
1 cup whole milk
pinch of salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup flour
Filling:
Cooked Chopped Chiken
Shredded Cheese
Shredded Spinach
Combine all of the ingredients and mix until smooth consistency and no lumps.
Preheat the frying pan and pour about 1/4 of a cup of batter onto a pan and with circular motion tilt the pan until evenly coated.
Cook for about few minutes or until the top of the crepe turns matte color , then add cheese, chicken and spinach .
Fold the crepe in half and then in quarter .
